We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted Justin Duance piece, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-bespoke items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorization form.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely in a padded envelope to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Send the package back to our workshop using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
