How long will it take to receive my order?
As most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks. If you require an item for a specific date or a last-minute proposal, please contact us to discuss expedited options.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our jewelry worldwide using secure, insured courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return a piece of jewelry if it's not right for me?
We offer a 30-day return policy for standard items in their original condition. Please note that bespoke commissions, engraved items, and resized pieces are generally non-refundable.
What happens if I order the wrong ring size?
We offer one complimentary resizing for most of our standard ring designs within the first six months of purchase. Some complex designs, such as those with continuous wood inlays, may require a full remake at a discounted price.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use 100% recycled gold and silver as standard, and our gemstones are sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to the Kimberley Process to ensure they are conflict-free.
Do you provide a warranty on your jewelry?
Every Justin Duance piece comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or work carried out by another jeweler.
